In partnership with a top international assessment firm, we verify the candidate’s behavioural characteristics and leadership style.
We present a "shortlist" of candidates, accompanied by detailed profiles.
We support candidates during their introductory period in the company.
We support the client in selecting candidates, negotiating terms and gathering and verifying references.

On request, we can offer coaching to candidates during their initial months at the firm.
